The POC was conceived and elaborated, based on an immersion of the cooperative, its customers' journeys and interfaces to present the digital version, responsible for approving the investment in Sicredi's digital transformation project.

Design Sicredi's entire digital journey through service design to enrich its customers' experience. Creation, UX and UI for a mobile application POC for project approval and start of the bank's digital transformation.
With the participation of the client, we built and produced a Poc with interface prototypes for digital interfaces with the objective of illustrating the client's journey within the new digital bank.
