2013 to 2016


Tritone won the company's Endomarketing account in a rigorous bidding process, which evaluated both technical and creative criteria.


Our strategy team planned communication aimed at the public, focused on meeting their needs and objectives, with a clear definition of the main business and engagement KPIs, aiming at the growth and strengthening of the company's employer branding.


During the service period, we worked on several engagement campaigns and projects, such as Internal Communication, Atento TV, Tune in, Atento Station, in addition to other corporate campaigns, considering all offline and online material.


Account service allowed coordinating all the work of organizing the company's attributes, presenting its value proposition to employees and promoting the company in the job market, in order to retain and attract the best talent.
