Using our methodology with the discovery stage, the XDesign strategy team immersed itself in the segment, even with incipient initiatives, the market brings a lot of innovation and its challenge is even greater when designing the action strategy that sought to identify its primary target_cc781905- 5cde-3194-bb3b-136bad5cf58d_ and build the ideal personas for the business.
We adjusted its content, improving the approach with its audience, and the Tritone Interface and design team brought a high-fidelity prototype to the project in an agile process that we named as fast track, enabling usability tests with a group of users (integrators) selected by Sol Agora. The project included the development and integration of front and back end.
